Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within [2 to 5] business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time.

Estimated delivery dates are guidelines and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or holiday backlogs.
Order Tracking
As soon as your tracking number is generated by our carrier (usually within 2–5 days of ordering), we will email it to you. You can track your package directly on our website using our Track Your Order page or via global tracking platforms like 17track.net.
Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The District is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your address when placing an order. We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer. If you notice a mistake, contact us at cardelljwebber@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order, and we will do our best to fix it before it ships out.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or if it hasn't arrived within 30 business days, please reach out to our support team at cardelljwebber@gmail.com. Please include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damaged item. We will launch an investigation with the carrier and immediately arrange a replacement or refund for you.
