30-Day Return Window
You have [30] days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

In its original packaging with all tags attached.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

Change of Mind: For standard returns (e.g., size swap, didn't like it), the customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds & Processing Time
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within [5-10] business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
